Generally available: FHIR service integration with Azure Active Directory B2C
Now you can use the FHIR service in Azure Health Data Services with Azure Active Directory B2C (Azure AD B2C). This capability gives healthcare organizations a secure and convenient way to grant access the FHIR service in Azure Health Data Services without creating or comingling user accounts in their organization’s Microsoft Entra ID tenant.

Target retirement date: December 04, 2020
On 4 December 2020, the login.microsoftonline.com endpoint will be deprecated for accessing B2C tenants. Existing tenants will need to move onto B2Clogin.com before that date, and all functionality will remain the same on the B2Clogin.com endpoint.
