Scale a Web App Using Azure Scale Out

Martin and Martin look into how you can set Azure up to automatically scale out your web application when load increases. They talk a little about why you might want to set up auto scaling, configure Scale Out on their App Service Plan and then throw some generated traffic at the service using Visual Studio Load Testing. You can find out more about the feature in the Azure documentation: Scale a web app in Azure App Service. In the show we question why Instance count is a fractional Number. Neither of us knew so we asked support on twitter, you can track there response over on the forums.
