Creates an ultra managed disk with a specific sector size.

This template creates a new ultra managed disk allowing the user to specify a sector size of either 512 or 4096.

managedDiskName Name of the managed disk to be copied
logicalSectorSize Logical Sector Size. Recommended 4096 unless application requires 512 bytes sector size support
diskSizeinGiB Disk size in GiB
diskIopsReadWrite Disk IOPS value
diskMbpsReadWrite Disk throughput value in MBps
location Location for all resources.
