Deploy a windows VM with Puppet Agent

Parameter Name Description
storageAccountNamePrefix Name prefix of the storage account to hold your VM disk.
dnsLabelPrefix Unique DNS Name
adminUsername Admin user name for the Virtual Machines
adminPassword Admin password name for the Virtual Machines
vmSize VM Size for creating the Virtual Machine
puppet_master_server_url Puppet Master URL
