Memcached service cluster using multiple Ubuntu VMs

This template creates one or more memcached services on Ubuntu 14.04 VMs in a private subnet. It also creates one publicly accessible Apache VM with a PHP test page to confirm that memcached is installed and accessible.

apacheVmSize Size of the Apache virtual machine
numberOfMemcachedInstances Number of memcached virtual machines to provision
virtualNetworkName Virtual network name
addressPrefix Virtual network address prefix
subnetDmzName Name of the DMZ subnet for VMs that will be accessible from the web
subnetDmzPrefix Address prefix for the DMZ subnet
subnetMemcachedName Name of the Memcached subnet for VMs that are accessible from the DMZ but do not have public IPs
subnetMemcachedPrefix Address prefix for the Memcached subnet
