A template to deploy Chef Server in a High Availability mode, plus Chef Automate

This Azure Resource Manager (ARM) template was created by a member of the community and not by Microsoft. Each ARM template is licensed to you under a licence agreement by its owner, not Microsoft. Parameter Name Description
objectId Object Id of the AAD user or service principal that will have access to the vault. Available from the Get-AzureRMADUser or the Get-AzureRMADServicePrincipal cmdlets
vaultSku SKU for the vault
adminUsername User name for the Virtual Machine.
sshKeyData SSH rsa public key file as a string.
vmSize size of the Virtual Machine.
chefServerDnsPrefix dens name for chef server
chefAutomateDnsPrefix chef automate dns name
firstName administrator user for chef automate
lastName administrator user for chef automate
emailId emaild for chef automate
organizationName Organization name for chef automate
appID servicePrinciple
password password
location Location for all resources.

Use the template


New-AzResourceGroup -Name <resource-group-name> -Location <resource-group-location> #use this command when you need to create a new resource group for your deployment
