Front Door Standard/Premium with Application Gateway origin

This template creates a Front Door Standard/Premium (Preview) and an Application Gateway instance, and uses an NSG and WAF policy to validate that traffic has come through the Front Door origin.

Parameters

Parameter Name Description
location The location into which regionally scoped resources should be deployed. Note that Front Door is a global resource.
vnetIPPrefix The IP address prefix (CIDR range) to use when deploying the virtual network.
applicationGatewaySubnetIPPrefix The IP address prefix (CIDR range) to use when deploying the Application Gateway subnet within the virtual network.
frontDoorEndpointName The name of the Front Door endpoint to create. This must be globally unique.
originHostName The host name that should be used when connecting from Application Gateway to the origin.
frontDoorSkuName The name of the SKU to use when creating the Front Door profile.
