Application Gateway for a Web App with IP Restriction

This template creates an application gateway in front of an Azure Web App with IP restriction enabled on the Web App.

administratorLogin Database administrator login name

databaseSkuName Azure database for MySQL sku name
databaseSkuFamily Azure database for MySQL sku family
databaseSkuSizeMB Azure database for MySQL Sku Size
databaseSkuTier Azure database for MySQL pricing tier
mysqlVersion MySQL version
_artifactsLocation The base URI where artifacts required by this template are located. When the template is deployed using the accompanying scripts, a private location in the subscription will be used and this value will be automatically generated.
_artifactsLocationSasToken The sasToken required to access _artifactsLocation. When the template is deployed using the accompanying scripts, a sasToken will be automatically generated.
location Location for all resources.
