Clearer choice of CLI: Azure CLI 2.0 for Resource Manager
Starting in December 2017, Azure CLI 2.0 will be the preferred CLI tool for Resource Manager-based resources. Eventually, Azure CLI 1.0 will support only ASM-based resources.
