This template allows you to deploy a VM Scale Set of Linux VMs using the latest patched version of Ubuntu Linux 15.10 or 14.04.4-LTS. These VMs are behind an internal load balancer with NAT rules for ssh connections.

|ubuntuOSVersion||The Ubuntu version for the VM. This will pick a fully patched image of this given Ubuntu version. Allowed values are: 18.04-LTS, 16.04-LTS, 14.04.4-LTS.|
|vmssName||String used as a base for naming resources (9 characters or less). A hash is prepended to this string for some resources, and resource-specific information is appended.|
|instanceCount||Number of VM instances (100 or less).|
|adminUsername||Admin username on all VMs.|
|location||Location for all resources.|
|authenticationType||Type of authentication to use on the Virtual Machine. SSH key is recommended.|
|adminPasswordOrKey||SSH Key or password for the Virtual Machine. SSH key is recommended.|
