SQL server with Azure AD-only authentication.

This template allows you to create SQL server in Azure with the Azure AD admin set and Azure AD-only authentication feature enabled.

server The name of the SQL logical server.
location Location for all resources.
aad_admin_name The name of the Azure AD admin for the SQL server.
aad_admin_objectid The Object ID of the Azure AD admin.
