Deploy Azure Data Explorer db with Event Hub connection.

location Location for all resources
clusterName Name of the cluster
skuName Name of the sku
skuCapacity # of nodes
databaseName Name of the database
eventHubNamespaceName Name of Event Hub's namespace
eventHubName Name of Event Hub
