Create an Application Gateway

This template creates an application gateway in a virtual network and sets up load balancing rules for any number of virtual machines

subnetName Subnet Name
subnetPrefix Subnet prefix
applicationGatewayName Application Gateway name
applicationGatewaySize Application Gateway size
applicationGatewayInstanceCount Application Gateway instance count
frontendPort Application Gateway front end port
backendPort Application Gateway back end port
backendIPAddresses Backend pool ip addresses
cookieBasedAffinity Cookie based affinity
location Location for all resources.

Use the template


New-AzResourceGroup -Name <resource-group-name> -Location <resource-group-location> #use this command when you need to create a new resource group for your deployment
