This template creates a new Azure VM, it configures the VM to be an AD DC for a new Forest

| _artifactsLocation | The location of resources, such as templates and DSC modules, that the template depends on |
| _artifactsLocationSasToken | Auto-generated token to access _artifactsLocation. Leave it blank unless you need to provide your own value. |
