This template allows you to deploy an app service plan and a basic Linux web app

| webAppName | Base name of the resource such as web app name and app service plan |
| sku | The SKU of App Service Plan |
| linuxFxVersion | The Runtime stack of current web app |
| location | Location for all resources. |
