SQL Server 2014 SP1 Enterprise with Azure Key Vault

This template will create a SQL Server 2014 SP1 Enterprise edition with Azure Key Vault Integration feature enabled.

sqlAkvPrincipalSecret Azure Key Vault principal secret
sqlAuthenticationLogin SQL Server Authentication Login Account Name
sqlAuthenticationPassword SQL Server Authentication Login Account Password
location Location for all resources.
_artifactsLocation The base URI where artifacts required by this template are located including a trailing '/'
_artifactsLocationSasToken The sasToken required to access _artifactsLocation. When the template is deployed using the accompanying scripts, a sasToken will be automatically generated. Use the defaultValue if the staging location is not secured.
