Generally available: Azure Redis Cache Premium tier in India and Canada

The Azure Redis Cache Premium tier is enterprise ready. This tier can be used as a cache and to persist data for resiliency against potential data loss. It's designed for maximum scale and enterprise integration.
The Premium tier is now generally available in India and Canada; Basic and Standard tiers were already available. In these regions, the service is using regional meters for the Premium tier only.
