Starting at approximately 00:52 to 6:15 UTC on 3 July, 2015 some customers with Azure services hosted in Australia East experienced an inability to connect to their service resources. All services have resumed normal operations at this time. We continue to work with customers who require further assistance for their recovery. This incident has now been mitigated.
From approximately 14:45 UTC to 21:45 on 30 Jun, 2015 UTC customers may have experienced intermittent connectivity issues to Azure services deployed in West US and South Central US. Root cause for this issue is attributed to a fiber cuts in the Western US Region. This incident has now been mitigated.
Engineers have validated that an impact for network connectivity in East US and East US 2 did not occur. This issue in East US and East US 2 is now closed.
Engineers have determined that impact to Central and North Central US did not occur. This issue for Central and North Central has been closed.
From 28 Jun 2015 00:50 UTC to 02:07 UTC a subset of customers using App Service \ Web App in East US 2 may have experienced high latency or 500 errors. Engineers have restored the service and this is now mitigated.
Starting at 27 Jun 2015 09:49 UTC to 27 Jun 2015 16:35 UTC a subset of customers using App Service \ Web App in East US experienced intermittent timeouts or 500 errors when accessing their websites. Engineers have fixed the issue, this is now mitigated.
From 26 Jun, 2015 03:23 UTC to 06:54 UTC a subset of customers using SQL Database in East Asia may have experienced errors when attempting to create a new server. Error messages may have included "The server encountered an internal error. Please retry the request". Existing servers were not impacted. This incident has now been mitigated.
From approximately 25 Jun, 2015 00:00 UTC to 26 Jun, 2015 01:06 UTC a subset of customers using Media Services \ Encoding in East US and West US may have experienced delays in task completion. Engineers were able to fix the issue by deploying a fix. This issue is now mitigated.
After further investigation we have determined that the storage encryption issue is not a platform impacting event to customers using Media Services \ Encoding in West US. Actions are being taken directly with the impacted customers to resolve the issue.
From 23 Jun, 2015 22:30 UTC to 24 Jun, 2015 05:29 UTC a subset of customers may have experienced timeouts when using Event Hubs in West US. Engineers have implemented and verified a fix, and this incident has now been mitigated.
