On the 22nd May, 2015 from 6:03 AM, to 1:28 PM UTC A subset of customers using Virtual Machines in East US experienced periods of VM unavailability. This incident has now been mitigated.
From 21 MAY, 2015 00:03 to 04:32 UTC customers using SQL Database V12 in South Central US might have experienced timeout upon Service Management operations (Create, Rename, Update, Delete). This incident has now been mitigated.
From approximately 18:23 to 19:25 UTC on 20, May 2015 customers using Active Directly in multiple regions may have experienced an authentication error attempting to log into their services. This incident has now been mitigated..
From approximately 18:23 to 19:40 UTC on 20, May 2015 customers may have encountered an authentication error when attempting to log into their Management Portal through either https://portal.azure.com or https://manage.windowsazure.com. This incident has now been mitigated.
This incident has now been mitigated. From 16 May, 2015 06:40 to 12:24 UTC a subset of customers App Service \ Web App and App Service \ Mobile App may have noticed some delays or errors when performing management operations via their Management Portal. There was no impact to existing websites.
From 14 May, 2015 16:30 to 17 May 17:00 UTC a subset of customers using Stream Analytics may have found that their operation logs were unavailable. Normal Stream Analytics operations were never affected by this issue. Engineers have now mitigated this issue for the vast majority of customers. Customers that are not fully mitigated at this time will continue to receive status updates via the Management Portal.
From 15 May, 2015 20:00 to 21:07 UTC customers using SQL Database in East US may have been unable to perform Service Management operations (Create, Rename, Update, Delete). Our engineers identified the cause of the issue and took corrective action. The mitigation has been validated and this issue is now resolved.
From 15 May, 2015 06:52 to 10:10 UTC a small subset of customers using SQL Management Portal in West US may have experienced timeouts when performing SQL management operations. Engineering have determined the root cause and this incident has now been mitigated.
Investigations of the initial SQL Database issue have been completed, and we have determined that existing SQL Databases are not impacted. Engineers continue to investigate possible impact to SQL Management Portal operations.
From 13 May, 2015 17:40 to 18:25 UTC customers using Service Bus in the North Central US may have experienced intermittent exception errors. This was due to an underlying database issue. This incident has now been mitigated.
