Service Bus Standard Base Unit name change

On June 1, 2019, the unit of measure for the Azure Service Bus Standard Base Unit Germany resource GUID (also known as meter ID) will change. There won’t be a pricing impact from this change, but you will need to modify billing routines that rely on names.
