Azure Monitor meter name changes
Effective December 1, 2019, the meter names of Azure Monitor custom metrics will change.
Process Automation Watcher meter ID changes
Starting December 1, 2019, the meter IDs for Process Automation Watcher will change.
VNet Gateway meter name changes
Effective December 1, 2019, the meter names of VNet Gateway standard, high performance, and ultra high performance will change. There won't be a pricing impact from this change, but you will need to modify billing routines that rely on names.

Updates to Azure Monitor for virtual machines (preview) will be launched in mid-November, 2019, ahead of the general availability (GA) release.
Azure Monitor Log Analytics—New capacity-based pricing option is now available
A new capacity reservations pricing model for Azure Monitor Log Analytics is now available. With this new model, you pay a fixed fee based on the capacity tier you select for data ingestion.
