Recovery Services REST API—Switch to API version 13-05-2019 or above

If you are directly accessing the backup protected items REST API (not involving Azure portal, PS or CLI), please immediately switch to API version 13-05-2019 or above.
Support for API versions previous to 13-05-2019 will end the week of 1st October 2019 (deployment is already in progress and exact dates will be updated later). This was caused by an issue in certificate rollover. We reviewed all affected APIs and have identified only API version 13-05-2019 as getting impacted.
If you are using this API to retrieve file-folder backup via Microsoft Recovery Services (MARS) agent items, then the API versions previous to 13-05-2019 have a contract change. The relevant Swagger API publishing is also in progress and exact dates will be updated soon.
