Update 19.03 for Azure Sphere public preview is now available in Retail feed

The 19.03 release marks the beginning of a planned release schedule of one major feature release and two minor quality releases per quarter. As part of the 19.03 release, on 14 March, we released for the first time to the Retail Evaluation feed and started the 14-day evaluation window during which our partners can verify their applications against the new OS and determine whether there are any compatibility issues. While we are still in preview, we expect that any issues encountered will be routed through our CSA/TSP community.
On 28 March, 2019, we promoted the release to the Retail feed.
As a reminder, if your device is still running a release older than 18.11, it will be unable to authenticate to an Azure IoT Hub via DPS or receive OTA updates. See the Release Notes on how to proceed in that case.
