Migrate from Bing Speech to Speech Services and the Speech SDK by 14 January 2020

We’re extending the Bing Speech retirement date to 14 January 2020. Bing Speech API will continue supporting your applications until 14 January 2020. However, we encourage you to migrate to Speech Services and the Speech SDK as soon as possible to enjoy their rich benefits including:
- Speech-to-text (speech recognition), intent, translation and text-to-speech capabilities.
- Batch transcription capability through a dedicated REST API.
- A larger set of adaptable locales, new and more accurate models, and improved modes of interaction.
