Change feed with full database operations for Azure Cosmos DB

Over then next few months, Azure Cosmos DB change feed for the Core (SQL) API will contain full database operations history, including deletes and all update versions. Previously, the change feed contained writes and updates, with only the last version of each document being retained. Adding support for deletes and all updates makes it even easier to utilise the change feed and do real-time data movement or build a materialised view.
