A new overview page for Azure Log Analytics

A new overview page for Azure Log Analytics helps users get started and quickly find the tool or service they came for – including cost management, logs and View Designer.
Note that the solutions dashboard page that was previously named “Overview” can now be launched by selecting “View solutions” on the overview page, or through the “Workspace summary” item available on the workspace menu.
