Now that Windows Azure is commercially available, we’re reaching out to customers to ask, “How are we doing?” Last week we rolled out the Windows Azure 2010 Q1 Customer Satisfaction Survey to customers who opted in to be contacted by Microsoft when they established their billing account. Every single response from our customers will be read, reviewed and considered as we plan the future direction of Windows Azure. We’re also offering calls and email dialogs with the product planning team to customers who want to tell us more than a survey can capture.
